BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Deposits and Payments
A deposit of 1 night's tariff is required to secure your booking. This also applies to all group bookings. For bookings made during peak periods, long weekends or when local events are being held, a two night minimum stay is required.
All balances owing upon arrival are to be paid in full on check-in.
During peak periods 7 days notice of cancellation is required for a refund. Outside of peak periods 24 hours notice is required.
A cancellation fee of $10 is applicable to cancellations.
Check in/Check Out Procedures
Check in time is 2pm
Check out time is no later than 10am unless otherwise arranged with management
Arrivals after 6pm must make arrangements with reception prior to check in
Linen is provided in cabins for 2 guests which includes: Double bed linen, 2 x towels, 1 x bath mat and 2 x face washers. Additional linen can be hired and arranged prior to your stay if required.
Animals are not permitted without permission from management and are not permitted inside the Cabins under any circumstance. When permission has been granted, dogs must be
a) on a leash at all times,
b) under control at all times,
c) not left at the Park unattended
The Swimming Pool is open in the summer months from Dec 1st - Mar 31st when the temperature is 27 degrees or above. This is a public swimming pool. The entry fee is $5 per person or $2.50 for children under 5 years.
